Can we start with a specific technology decision?
Yes. Tell us the decision, the current environment and the constraints. We will discuss a suitable scope before proposing an engagement.
Are implementation services included?
The proposal defines whether the engagement covers advisory, implementation or both. There is no standard online offering or set fee.
Can advisory continue on an ongoing basis?
It can. Ongoing advisory is not offered as a standard session rate or a monthly block of hours. Where continuing support makes sense, the cadence, responsibilities and fees are discussed in consultation and agreed in writing.
