Clear scope. Shared expectations.
Consultation comes first. We work with you to define what is needed, how the engagement will run and what each party is responsible for.
How an engagement moves forward
The same sequence applies whether you need technology work, staffing support or a permanent hire. What changes is the detail agreed at each step.
-
Step 1
Understand
We learn your goals, the current state of your systems, processes or staffing needs, the constraints you are working within and who needs to take part in decisions.
-
Step 2
Define
We set out the scope, responsibilities, dependencies, fees and applicable terms in a written proposal or agreement for both parties to review.
-
Step 3
Deliver
We carry out the agreed technology work, or the agreed recruiting or staffing process, and raise any decisions that need your input.
-
Step 4
Review
We check completion against the agreed scope, record any open items, hand over documentation and discuss whether further steps are needed.
Technology consulting, Staffing Solutions and Direct Hire Recruiting follow this sequence, but each service is scoped and agreed separately.
Confirmed before work begins
Before any engagement starts, the key terms are written down and agreed by both parties. This keeps expectations clear for technology projects and workforce services alike.
Each proposal or agreement sets out
- Scope
- What the engagement covers, and what it does not.
- Deliverables
- The documentation, technology work or recruiting and staffing activities to be provided.
- Contacts
- Who takes part, who approves decisions and who the day-to-day contact is on each side.
- Timing
- The planned start, key dependencies and how schedule changes are handled.
- Fees
- The fee basis and payment terms for the agreed service.
- Inclusions
- Which costs and activities the fees cover.
- Additional charges
- Any items charged separately, such as third-party costs, overtime or travel, where they apply.
Work begins only after the written proposal or agreement has been accepted by both parties.
What an inquiry is and is not
Getting in touch is the first step in a conversation, not a commitment.
An inquiry is not an order
Submitting the contact form or sending an email starts a conversation. It does not place an order or commit either party.
A consultation is not an engagement
A consultation does not create a service engagement or an employment relationship.
Ranges are indicative
Rate ranges shown on this website are planning references, not quotes.
Final terms are in writing
Scope, fees and responsibilities are set out in a signed proposal or agreement.
